Clearing Outlook Tickets
Student IDS when Watson isn't here:
- Find any email with a green check mark and it can be forwarded to SolarWinds;
- FROM (click drop down arrow and select your work11:17 AM 2/11/2026 email)
- TO Helpdesk (This is how it sends to SolarWinds)
- Go to SolarWinds and find the forwarded email
- Change state to resolved
Student IDS when Watson isn't here:
Have them fill out the form on the desk (Online) and then, find their ticket on SolarWinds. Leave a comment like "@Watson Reyes I printed it today" so he knows to update the form and not print another ID Card.
